Dr. St. Mary completed medical school at the University of Florida in Gainesville. His orthopaedic surgical residency was at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Acknowledging the human hand is a complex and delicate structure, an additional year of advanced hand surgical training was completed at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.

In addition to a general orthopaedic surgical practice, Dr. St. Mary treats conditions involving the bones, tendons, muscles of the hands, wrist and forearm. He serves as team physician for Melbourne High School football team. And he enjoys playing an active role in the surgical care of the many local and professional athletes seen in Brevard.
