I'm Richard Ladrew, owner and captain of Zookeeper Charters in Melbourne Beach. We run private fishing charters on Sebastian Inlet and the surrounding waters of Brevard and Indian River counties, and hold a perfect 5-star rating on Google.

Our Inlet Team Day is a four-hour fishing outing for local businesses and corporate groups, built to bring a team closer together. Out on the water, work titles and emails stay at the dock. A new hire and a department head are on equal footing, cheering each other on, helping land a fish and sharing the wins. That kind of experience builds trust and real connection, and it brings good energy and a healthy culture back to the workplace. A friendly competition for the biggest catch gives everyone a story to tell long after the trip. It's also a meaningful way to reward a team after a big project or a strong quarter.

No experience is needed. Rods, tackle, bait, licenses and drinking water are included. Pricing is $150 per person with a four-person minimum. With partner captains we host groups of up to 24, all on one invoice. A certificate of insurance and a W-9 are available on request.
