Whole Foods Market Opens First Doral Location
Whole Foods Market opened a new 43,000-square-foot store at 10700 NW 41st Street in Doral on July 2, 2026.
Victoria Beckham Opens First U.S. Retail Space at Bal Harbour Shops
Victoria Beckham opened a new boutique pop-up at Bal Harbour Shops, marking the fashion house’s first U.S. retail space. The shop is located at 9700 Collins Avenue, Suite 146, Bal Harbour, and is scheduled to remain open through September 30.
Delano Miami Beach Reopens After Major Transformation
Delano Miami Beach reopened in 2026 at 1685 Collins Avenue, bringing back one of South Beach’s best-known hotels with redesigned rooms, new dining concepts, wellness offerings and updated pool areas.

Sant Ambroeus Coming to the Miami Design District
Popular Milanese restaurant Sant Ambroeus is planning a location at Mirai Design District, a new mixed-use development near Miami’s Design District. The restaurant is known for Italian cuisine, pastries and café service, although an exact opening date has not yet been announced.
H&H Bagels, Sanguich and Luca Steak Coming to Wynwood
Wynwood is preparing to welcome three notable dining concepts in 2026: New York’s H&H Bagels, Miami-based Cuban sandwich favorite Sanguich, and Luca Steak, a new steakhouse from chef Giorgio Rapicavoli.
New Miami Design District Project Expected to Begin Construction
A new office-and-retail development called Sweetbird North is planned for the Miami Design District. Construction is expected to begin in August 2026, with completion projected for 2028.
