Biscuit Belly is bringing its biscuit-heavy Southern brunch menu to Pensacola, with a new location planned for 2026. Known for oversized biscuit sandwiches, creative breakfast plates and comfort-food favorites, the growing concept will add another new dining option to the Pensacola area.

New restaurant preparing for a September grand opening
Oak is preparing to open in Jacksonville Beach, with a grand opening planned for September 2026. Located at 131 1st Ave. N., the new restaurant will add another fresh dining option just steps from the beach as Jacksonville’s coastal food scene continues to grow.

New location planned for Space Coast Town Center
Chick-fil-A is planning a new 5,583-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru at the growing Space Coast Town Center in West Melbourne. The massive 225-acre development is also expected to welcome Chipotle, Panda Express and Taco Bell as it continues adding new retail, dining, residential and office space. The Chick-fil-A plans were reported just this past week.

LA VICTORIA — DOWNTOWN TAMPA
Coastal Mexican restaurant planning a late-September opening
La Victoria is preparing to open in downtown Tampa in late September. The 3,800-square-foot restaurant will bring a coastal-Mexican concept to 105 W. Tyler Street, just steps from the Tampa Riverwalk and Straz Center.
V MODERN ITALIAN — TAMPA
New Italian concept arriving in September
V Modern Italian is expected to debut in Tampa this September, bringing another new dining concept to the city’s fast-growing restaurant scene. The restaurant comes from Nashville-based Fast Fine Restaurant Group and is part of the continued expansion of chef-driven dining in Tampa.

Peppi’s Pizza is preparing to open a new Fort Lauderdale location in September 2026, just off Sunrise Boulevard. The Philadelphia-inspired concept is known for cheesesteaks and pizza and will add another casual dining option to Fort Lauderdale’s rapidly growing restaurant scene.
