Disney has named its parks chief Josh D’Amaro to succeed Bob Iger as the entertainment giant’s top executive.
Guests can enjoy a variety of performances, from national headliners to nostalgic bands.
The exhibit, “Mission: Astronaut,” will feature hands-on challenges and six immersive zones, with each activity connecting to core STEM principles.
The new attraction will replace the “Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit” roller coaster, which closed in August 2025.

The concert series takes place on select nights and is included with regular park admission to Universal Studios Florida, park officials said.
This includes the theme park’s popular events, hotel experiences, activities and limited-time celebrations.
Guests can choose between the Florida Resident Discover Disney Ticket and the Florida Resident 2-Day, 2-Park Ticket.
The incident happened on Tuesday during the “Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The theme parks says Katina was 50 years old and her health had been declining for some time.
