A 10-year-old boy who was struck by two vehicles in Pasco County is starting to show expressions after a medically induced coma. Asher Thompson’s mother says he is starting to smile and cry. Jackie Almeida says she knows her son’s road to recovery is long, but she longs to hear him call her ‘mom’ once more.
