All listings on All Florida Stuff rotate within their tier to keep exposure fair and balanced. No listing has a permanent or guaranteed position.
Weighted visibility means a listing may appear more often within its tier — it is never locked at the top.
Visibility upgrades are optional and available only to Ultimate listings. Even with upgrades, listings continue to rotate and are never permanently fixed in one position.
