The Victory Cruise departs from it's home port of Port Canaveral, very easily accessible from Hwy 528 towards the cruise terminals at Port Canaveral. Depending on the cruise times the ship leaves promply at 11:00am, so don't be late! Times vary throughout the week so you'll need to check their website for booking information.
After going through very secure boarding procedures, you will be greeted by a very happy group of employees as they welcome you aboard on the 3rd level at the boarding ramp.

When the Casino Opens
Once the ship reaches federal waters, the casino officially opens. That’s when the energy shifts, and guests can move between Slot machines, Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Ultimate Texas Hold 'Em, Mississippi Stud, 3 Card Poker, Let It Ride, Mini Baccarat, plus the new Penn and Teller Casino Monte and other games just like in a traditional casino setting.
The Atmosphere Onboard
The atmosphere onboard is lively but relaxed, with a mix of locals and visitors enjoying the experience. It doesn’t feel overly intense or high-pressure, making it approachable for both casual players and those more familiar with casino gaming. There are many types of machines and black jack tables for those that enjoy gambling.
Food, Drinks & Views
The ships dining room on the 1st level of the ship and the employees make sure you are taken good care of when it comes to lunch or snacks. Food is ordered via onboard menu and drinks are complimentary. They even clean off the tables when you are finished.

The cruise isn’t just about gambling. Food, drinks, and ocean views add to the experience, giving it more of an entertainment feel rather than just a gaming trip. Being out on the water adds a different pace compared to a land-based casino.
The ship also has a small onboard store where guests can pick up souvenirs, snacks, and more. It’s a convenient stop if you forgot something or want a keepsake from the trip. Once you disembark, there is also a gift shop in the terminal for last minute items.

There is an outside bar on the stern of the 4th floor deck for drinks and sitting in the sun, with live music and a bartender that will make sure you have any kind of drink you desire.
Who It’s Good For
Victory Casino Cruises is a great fit for anyone looking for something different to do on the Space Coast. It’s especially popular with visitors staying in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral, as well as locals looking for a relaxed and social outing. The atmosphere makes it approachable for casual players, while still offering enough variety for those more familiar with casino gaming.
While onboard, I spoke with a few guests to get their impressions of the experience. I met Amy and her friend visiting from North Carolina, along with a group from Michigan, and they all said they were having a great time. Between the ocean views, relaxed atmosphere, and variety of things to do, it made for a fun and memorable day.
