Top Attractions

Indialantic is all about enjoying Florida’s Space Coast at a slower pace. Spend the day along Indialantic Beach, stroll the boardwalk at James H. Nance Park, or find your own stretch of sand at one of the beach access points along the oceanfront. Nearby favorites like Paradise Beach & Park and Canova Beach Park offer even more opportunities to enjoy the Atlantic, while the Melbourne Causeway makes it easy to explore everything waiting just across the Indian River Lagoon. Don't be surprised that you get to witness an early morning turtle making its way down to the beach water.

Parks & Outdoor Adventures

Indialantic makes it easy to spend the day outdoors, whether you’re catching the sunrise over the Atlantic, surfing, swimming, biking along the beachside streets, or simply relaxing by the water. James H. Nance Park offers convenient beach access and oceanfront recreation, while nearby parks and preserves provide even more opportunities for walking, paddling, fishing, wildlife watching, and exploring the natural beauty of Florida’s Space Coast.  There are many places for photographers to grab some early morning sunrise shots and Canova beach is a great place to bring your dogs.

Restaurants & Dining

Indialantic has a great mix of casual beachside dining and longtime local favorites. Grab a slice at Bizzarro’s Famous New York Pizza, enjoy fresh seafood and ocean views at Long Doggers, stop by Around the World Cafe for breakfast or lunch, or head to The Boardwalk Bar & Grill near the beach. From laid-back cafés to seafood, pizza and neighborhood gathering spots, there’s plenty to discover before or after a day along the Atlantic.

Shopping

Shopping in Indialantic has a relaxed, local feel, with beach boutiques, specialty stores, surf shops, and neighborhood businesses scattered throughout the community. Browse coastal clothing and surf gear at Longboard House, stop into Beachside Retro & Records for vintage finds and music, or explore the shops and small businesses along 5th Avenue. With even more boutiques and specialty shopping nearby in Melbourne and the surrounding beachside communities, it’s easy to turn a beach day into a little local shopping adventure.

Indialantic’s location between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon makes outdoor recreation part of everyday life. Catch a wave with Surfguys Surf School, pick up boards and beach gear at Longboard House, or spend the day surfing, swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, and biking around the beachside community. Nearby Spessard Holland Golf Course adds a round of golf to the mix, while the beaches and waterways surrounding Indialantic offer plenty of ways to get outside and enjoy the Space Coast.
